Sometimes called "mushroom tea," kombucha has been associated with a long list of health benefits.  It's a probiotic drink with helpful bacteria that support digestion and the immune system. It also contains enzymes, amino acids, antioxidants and polyphenols.
Learn the steps to make your own kombucha at home. Kombucha brewers Amy Hunt and Robyn Geldner will walk you through creating this healthy, delicious beverage.

Each participant will take home their own mason jar full of kombucha and the knowledge to continue to brew much more!

Advanced registration is required to plan for supplies. The cost for the class is $20 plus fees and includes all instruction and a mason jar of homemade kombucha tea.
