You are warmly invited to celebrate Winter Solstice with us on the evening of Friday, December 21, 2018.
Please join us in welcoming joy, light, and longer days by gathering together with good friends, good food, seasonal poetry, live music, a snowshoe hike, and a bonfire. All ages are welcome! More information about the event and registration can be found below.
5:30 PM The History of Solstice and an evening snowshoe hike led by DNR Naturalist Scott Kudelka. (Snow shoes will be provided or feel free to bring your own.)
6:30 PM Light (vegan friendly) supper and seasonal poetry share with live music
7:30 PM Seasonal Reflection
8:00 PM Bonfire gathering
Admission and Registration
Advanced registration is appreciated. At door entry may be available if space permits. To register, visit our registration page or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the names of the attendees and send a check to Living Earth Center at 170 Good Counsel Dr. Mankato, MN 56001
Admission is based on a sliding scale of $10-$100 donation per family. Please pay what you can. Nobody is turned away for inability to pay.

Snowshoe hikers- please meet at the main entrance of the School Sisters of Notre Dame Main Campus. We will hike even if there is not snow!
